About the practice

New Silksworth Medical Practice is located in the Silksworth Health Centre just down the road from
St Matthews Church. The practice formed in October 2017 when two practices combined to make one, enabling a continuity of care for Silksworth residents. The surgery has good disabled access throughout the building and there is a good-sized car park for patients to use.

The practice is a member and part of the Sunderland GP Alliance and works in partnership with the wider healthcare community.
